Raised our monthly rate by 13% ?? We do not appreciate you raising our rates before we've been with you less than a year. Your facilities are not as secure as I expected. We had some problems with your company when we rented space in Ashland, VA, so this does not help your customer service level. Our home is being built in this area and we will probably need to keep our stuff in your facility until midsummer. I hope you will consider a lower increase or none. Thank. Mike Rydel 804-510-9472
