Dirty and filled with dead mice When I arrive to the storage unit it was locked with a blue tag on the door. I had to find a tool to remove the tag and clean the unit out. The unit was full of someone else's personal things a bare mattress and about three or four dead mice.
awful experience Awful experience. I was put into a unit with a broken door. I had no choice but to put my stuff in there. I Paid for 24/7 access and code did not work when I went to drop off my stuff. No one even called me to tell me when the lock was fixed when I requested it and I was offered no money off.
Space is not what was advertised The overall measurements are not what it is supposed to be they are off by more than a foot and should be discounted

Storage unit I have been renting here for years. Every year the price keeps going up. Itâs starting to out price the worth.
Good price, but every thing else is not. I was assign a unit that leaks. The leaks damaged some of my property. I called to complain and request another unit and was promised a call back. However, no one called back and it's been 3 weeks. Also, the security gate has not functioned for at least 3 weeks and anyone can walk in.
