We rented for four years and throughout the four years our monthly payment went from $85 a month to $128 a month. That’s a pretty significant hike. Dominique was extremely helpful in handling of both updating my insurance policy to avoid a surcharge but more importantly help adjust my monthly bill after a substantial increase in the rate. She was friendly and professional, which seems to be rare these days in matters of customer service. Prime Storage cares about their tenants and strives to retain their business.
Moving from another state and set up over the phone. No horror stories here. These people are efficient, friendly accommodating! Best experience I’ve ever heard of with a storage facility. Highly recommend, worth it!
The facility is as clean as you may find. The pricing and offers are as competitive and fair as you may find. The staff is exceptional in efficiency, knowledge and courtesy beginning with the phone call ( not on location) made to begin my inquiry for a contract. I store now at 5044 Carolina Beach Rd in Wilmington, NC. Adam, Dominique, Erica and LaStarr were equally professional and courteous. Thank you.
Just moved my furniture into a storage unit here which we made chaotic and the staff handled it amazingly! Between having two uhaul uboxes dropped off to switching storage units sizes and honoring everything they promised us! We worked with a lot of the staff in the off and online so thank you to all!
