The whole process went smoothly due to these two individuals who are very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of storing at Prime Storage.

Online process Everything was so easy to do online. They even have a no contact check in process.
Excellent customer service across the board I've been greeted by 3-4 different staff at Prime Storage, and each time have been treated with the utmost kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and helpfulness! I'd never used a storage facility before and the preparations to move my possessions from my home to storage had left me overwhelmed. Your staff helped make this such a positive experience. A great place to keep your belongings! Prime Storage on route 70 New Bern is a wonderfully run storage facility. Itâs clean and bright, management is courteous and efficient. The layout provides easy access to your locker. I currently rent two units, one outdoor and one climate controlled. Steve helped me tremendously as I had a long distance move into the area, making it an easy transition. Truly a great place to store your âstuffâ.
Easy access. Once I moved in the process has been wonderful. I have easy access to my unit and I feel that everything is safe and clean.
