When we picked it up, the individual working the Hot Springs, AR, location was incredibly helpful, making several recommendations that helped us save money. Then when we arrived at our location and had difficulty getting in contact with the person who ran the drop-off location, Penske didn't charge us for not being able to drop it off exactly on time.
