Overall pretty good The people are friendly and helpful and itâs conveniently located, but I am disappointed that the price went up so much when Iâve had my unit less than 1 year.
Good experience Everything was good except they changed my rate from $136 to $150 and I wasnât aware.
Expect yearly rate increases This is an average storage unit facility. Not awful and definitely not great. They tend to increase rates yearly and you can be paying more for your unit than if you go online and sign up for a new unit. Place is kept fairly clean. My unit had leaked in the past and i believe it was fixed but took more time than it should have. I have had my lock go missing. Completely satisfied with my storage unit! ð The the facility is clean and maintained. Any questions that I have had (ie gate access) have been handled promply. I like the fact that someone is there to answer the phone after hours and I like the fact that I have access to my unit 24/7
Convenient, clean, appreciated that rate unchanged first two years We've had this interior unit for over 3 1/2 years. I would have given five stars except that we did not receive notice that the entry combination had been modified. We were unsuccessful at getting in about mid-day in January and no one was in the office to help. This is the only complaint we've ever had.
Fantastic place and wonderful staff. EXTREMELY HELPFULL Honestly such a friendly staff and great unit. Plenty of space!
