Great service Managing a cross-country move is tough, but when you can rely on the solid people at Prime Storage to manage the details of reserving a good storage spot, the whole process is much easier.
This company deserves the best praise! Prime Storage in Chapel Hill SAVED ME!! I was put in a really uncomfortable and difficult situation regarding my car on campus and I couldn't find any reasonable solutions until Prime Storage. They got me set up for the cheapest price and took care of me so well. I am so thankful to Derek who was working this day and was so kind and helpful.

Great price and location I am a UNC student storing my belongings for the summer and this was the perfect fit! Totally reasonable price, great sizing options, and super easy to get set up. I did all this during my finals week and it was not a stressful experience at all.
Clean, convenient, friendly. The storage is clean and well maintained. It is somewhat expensive but within reason.
Gated storage facility, lots of ample space! Great bang for the buck! Love the facility visit and storage space!
So Far, So Good The move-in process was simple, and the customer service was great. Having easy access to a nearby dolly was also very helpful. There were a few bugs in the unit, but I guess thatâs what happens with an outdoor storage unit. I just moved in, but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Nice Staff was wonderful and patient. They took the time to explain everything. Took you to the storage unit to show exactly where it was. The dollies that were provided was really helpful as well.
