These folks are consummate professionals, from helping me select the best storage unit to meet my needs to escorting me to the unit to ensure everything worked out right. This is a clean, no hassle storage facility that kept my stuff safe for 5 months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
It was okay at first, but when I left on the day I was supposed to, it was the day before new year and nobody was even there. I made a point to leave the door open, remove everything and be seen on camera. I then a week later get a message about owing money. I closed the account on the day instructed and I’m still charged? No thanks. I moved out on the 31st and still have a balance owed when I moved out before that time? Nope. This is a horrible company and thanks but no thanks.
