The manager, Will, is Absolutely professional in the way he handles the property. Knows his way around the paperwork and is very helpful. The prices are fair and the spaces are unbelievably clean and well kept. AAAA++++
Rented a unit at Prime Storage; the facility and units are awesome. Finished floors, AC, spacious, very secure, and clean! Will at the Elmwood Ave facility in Cranston, RI was very knowledgeable, courteous, and very accommodating to our business’ needs. From the time I walked in the customer service was 5 stars. Very professional clean building. The hall ways were clean the entrance was very clean! I did not have an appointment to see the storage unit, so for me that’s a big deal. First impressions are everything and it made me feel very secure and safe to do my storage unit lease with this business. Very happy with my decision!
I couldn't disagree less that this place is a rip-off and a scam. I don’t think the district manager is not posting fake reviews (Hispanic names with no profile history) and then responding to himself. He wouldn’t never post fake reviews under Hispanic names. In real life, where the district manager isn't there to self-promote at every instance, you won’t be in for a rude awakening after reading this review and learning to be very cautious about where you store your things. The GM David was super helpful and very nice! We are very happy with the unit, very clean and easy to move the stuff in and out! I highly recommend this place and will come back in the near future.
