It is a climate control. They offer lights inside plus have flatbed for you. I love it. I had got a smaller unit but realized I needed a bigger one. The employee switched it with no problem. Love it
Called to explore prices. The woman, Sarah, insisted on telling me what I needed, regardless of the fact that I know my own needs better than anyone. She tried to pressure me into signing up immediately, as the units were "going quickly" and wouldn't "be available much longer". After I declined and said I needed to consider, she magically found a significant discount out of nowhere. It's good to drive in, when the doors are working. They are quick to rise your prices, but slow to fix things. Also, talking to customer service is just as bad they have no urgency to solve the problem. They should offer their customers some text of discount for our inconvenience! They just give you that don't care service! FYI, after this post they raised my storage rent!!! And the exit door is broken again for over 3 weeks!
I only gave 2 stars because of the air conditioned environment. Rent was constantly raised; I started at just under $60 for my unit and eventually my last statement was nearing $120. I wouldn’t be so upset about the raising of the cost if the back door ever worked. I feel like repairing that is the least that could have been done if the cost kept going up. My debit card had been charged the wrong amount multiple times and I had to jump through loopholes and eventually get the bank involved to get my money back for the wrong... read more
