Got my hair straightened for an event. The stylist seemed in a hurry and unfriendly. I still had 25 minutes left of the appointment and asked her to smooth over hairs when she was done since it wasn't done as well as usual. She didnt care to touch it up. I dont recommend this location! Ive had a good experience at others.

I had an appointment with Lily and I was not happy with my service at all. I asked to have waves in my hair. I told her that they needed to last until Monday and that I did not want my hair crunchy. My hair was loaded up with texture spray and feels dry and looks frizzy. My curls are already gone and it looks horrible. Never again.

The first person that I saw didn't listen at all. I told her I didn't want product and she loaded my head up my hair is so crunchy. I said I wanted loose beach waves and she pulled out a 1" curling iron and gave me curly qs. Lily saw I was unhappy and immediately offered to fix it she did a great job and was very kind about it all. My hair is still super crunchy and irritating but at least it looks nice now. 5/5 for lily but this place needs to look at their other stylists.

Its hard to write this review for me because I've been going to this specific location for about six months. I thought I had established a relationship with Lily who has been doing my hair for 6 months. I made an appointment a week before Christmas Eve and always put in the notes. Lily only please. My appointment was scheduled for 11 o'clock on Christmas Eve. The day before I received a phone call from them asking me to come in 20 minutes early this would be 10:40. unfortunately, for me, this review is a hard one because I've been going to this location for about six months, i thought i had established a relationship with Lily who's been doing my hair always loved her! Christmas Eve I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time with Lily the day before my appointment I get a call asking me to come in 20 minutes early. My original appointment was for 11 o'clock. Today, I had a standard blowout service. I asked for the happy hour pricing ($15 off) which has been advertised and was told it was no longer available. The email communication I received did not state an expiration date. I was told this "Summer" special ended on August 30. It's still Summer as Autumn does not begin until Sept 22nd. I was happy to hear they opened close to my home instead of having to drive to Scottsdale but was disappointed in my service . My girl looked like she just got out of bed , bad ratty hair/ skin and no personality just bad customer service .. owning a business myself I guess I expect a better employee....I had a mediocre blow out and honestly I could of saved my money and done better myself ...
