This is my first time using Yelp. I'm honestly a Goggle review girl but I saw the UR code at my favorite blow out bar and decided to download the app. I just had my hair done. I actually come here 2-3 times per week. I never ask for a specific girl as they are all really quite amazing. Ashley happened to do my hair tonight. She's simply adorable. Avoid this place! Very poor management/operation practices ... I made an appointment with a specific stylist, Ashley (I tried her the weekend prior for the exact purpose to ensure the results would be as expected, and good for the upcoming important special event the next weekend). However, the GM, Vivian, later switched the appointment without informing us or providing any warning at all. She essentially downgraded us to a "new talent" stylist. Got my hair straightened for an event. The stylist seemed in a hurry and unfriendly. I still had 25 minutes left of the appointment and asked her to smooth over hairs when she was done since it wasn't done as well as usual. She didnt care to touch it up. I dont recommend this location! Ive had a good experience at others.

I had an appointment with Lily and I was not happy with my service at all. I asked to have waves in my hair. I told her that they needed to last until Monday and that I did not want my hair crunchy. My hair was loaded up with texture spray and feels dry and looks frizzy. My curls are already gone and it looks horrible. Never again.

The first person that I saw didn't listen at all. I told her I didn't want product and she loaded my head up my hair is so crunchy. I said I wanted loose beach waves and she pulled out a 1" curling iron and gave me curly qs. Lily saw I was unhappy and immediately offered to fix it she did a great job and was very kind about it all. My hair is still super crunchy and irritating but at least it looks nice now. 5/5 for lily but this place needs to look at their other stylists.
