She was new. Did not do a good job. I was very disappointed. I said style straight and she started curling it. Got my hair tangled in the round brush. I said didn’t they tell you I wanted styled straight. She said no. It was fluffy and thick. Not sleek and silky. Not at all what I expected. She didn’t blow dry it correctly. Or use the straightener correctly. I will not get that stylist stIn.
The person who shampooed my hair was aggressive and rude. I have thick hair so I’m used to pulling and tugging but she was boarder line assaulting my scalp. So much for massage and treatment. The person who blew out my hair did a good job but wasn’t very friendly. Barely talked at all. It was efficient and ok blow out but not relaxing at all.
I love how straight my hair got I just didn’t like that they charged extra if it goes over an hour and if your have “ethnic” hair it doesn’t state that on their website at all I purchased the $55 dollar service hot tool n blow dry I didn’t get my hair curl at all and in the end paid $67 for my hair because it took hour n 15/20 minute to do my hair and it was ethnic hair...
Terrible business practices.My Niece had an appt. for her daughter's school formal dance.Arrived 30 minutes before appointment just to be told they didn't have an appointment. They were then rudely turned away even after confirming who they made the appointment with.No attempt to help them at all.
Wash was great. Style was kind of meh. Christmas music on 11. Redid my hair to go out tonight. Will just drive further next time to drybar
