This location knows how to work curly mixed hair. My hair was so boneless they straightened it so good. Tell them what you want and you'll be walking out bouncy and on point. The washes are worth the money.
This place used to be fantastic, unfortunately it has gone downhill and they do not value their longtime customers. All the best hairstylists have left - which says a lot. They overbook and stack appointments back to back to back. I have heard the employees even complaining about it. They charge you or cancel you if you're late but have kept me waiting for over 45 minutes before. I've been a paying customer since 2020 and I will travel across town to visit the West U location instead!
Flat hair in two hours. So, definitely not worth the money or the amount of time it took.
Kia was wonderful! Fastest curl job ever and a great use of $30 to not stress about looking good for a work party. Vibe is clean and modern.
I think folk are writing the wrong salon in regard to that TikTok! This place is extremely professional and did what's best for the business. Customer service comes first and treating people with respect. 5 stars!
Went here in October and I left a google review , but it was never followed up. At first my thoughts were "okay it'll take a few weeks for a follow up" but more time passed and I did spend hard earned money on my visit here , just for it to be in vain and the outcome wasn't pleasant . Yessenia gave me exactly what I was looking for! Great service and pricing. I did get my eye makeup, but was not impressed. But, for all things hair this will be definitely be my go to place.
This was my second time coming to this salon and honestly I only came back for the 20% off special they were having. My previous visit was ok, but my blowout lasted half the time it usually does so the discount was the only reason I had for returning. This time I saw Trevanna. My stylist was awesome and the salon was nice and organized. I feel like they really cared about the outcome of my hair. I messed up on booking my appointment but my stylist was flexible and accommodating. My hair looked amazing at my bridesmaids proposal!
