My patio looks lovely, but I think there's too many people involved in the overall process. It's hard to keep track of who you're communicating with. I felt a little disconnected, but it worked out in the end.
Everything was good from the start. I'd appreciate if it didn't take 2 hours for the initial sales pitch though. Quality workmanship, products and the job was done on time. They even started my job before the anticipated start date by 3 weeks and we get to enjoy our new deck before winter hits.
