He went above and beyond what my expectations were!
The wholes were not properly filled and now rain water is making holes deeper. I would request somebody needs to come and take care of it.
Wood quality not good. Within one week wood started to crack. I was not expecting any cracks in post. Within a month cracks appeared on post bearing all load of deck
If there was an option to select 4.5 stars, I would. You will not get any better customer service from another contractor company. The lack of a perfect score is only because of my neurotic tendencies that put an almost impossible standard for any service company to meet. Prince William definitely gets an A++ for effort. Every department that I interacted with were exceptional at communication, problem solving, and being complete professionals.
