I just called to bring my cat in for an emergency , she’s been hiding for days and has a bad injury to her back leg . They are the only vet opened near me . They can’t see my injured pet because I don’t have an appointment.

Okay, long story short! Terrible service. Totally no idea what service is. We went to PRINCETON ANIMAL HOSPITAL on this Tuesday for our new puppy. After $200 bucks cost, they told us that they would call me once the fecal test done. NO CALL FOR FOUR DAYS! After I sent an email, finally, replied me "no news is good news." You went to a hospital and never get a response, which means you are total fine. Can you believe how they take care of customers? NEVER go to this place! ZERO STAR, PERIOD!
