The doctor took his time to explain the surgery that he recommended to me. Going to surgery is a difficult experience and he made it very easy to understand. I highly recommend him.

I have had the pleasure to have Dr. Mark McLaughlin attend to my Lumbar Compression problem and solve it. He was right on target with from problem from day 1 ( Jan 25, 2019) until his operation on March 4, 2019. He is the utmost professional as is his staff. He was compassionate, caring, understanding, courteous and extremely informative. They don't come any better than this doctor.

Without examining me, he sat crossed the room and said he could not help me. He said the MRI showed no nerve damage. When my wife or I would ask a question, he would say “I’m the Doctor here; I’ve been doing this for years and quoted his credentials. Not just once but every time we had a question. Finally, I asked him directly is there anything he could do, He said “NO”. I asked could he recommend what I should do next, he said “NO”. I came to this doctor for answers and get help. Just "NO"

Needs to take more time with patients and not make them wait astronomical amounts of time to only give you 2 minutes of his.

Thorough. Exhausts noninvasive treatments before surgery. If surgery needed, he’s superb.

Dr. Shah took my spine injury and pain symptoms seriously. He wasn't judgemental and his kind and caring demeanor was always reassuring. He was attentive to my concerns and answered my questions. His experience and knowledge was a perfect match for the care I needed.
