Verified Renter I really enjoy living here. I have two issues though. The parking situation sucks badly! And delivery people have a hard time finding our building. The building numbers are not clear at all. Other than that everything is good.

Amazing experience Kristen was phenomenal! Extremely patient and answered all of our questions . Our move in process was under a time restraint so having her help made it easier. Thank you!

Love this place I love it here. They worked very hard to get me in fast. The place in nice and everyone is great. If I need something they are there right then. I have nothing but good thing to say. Best place to live.

LOVED IT! Lived here with my girlfriend for a little over a year before I bought my first home. Beautiful apartment that was spacious and quiet! She still lives there and I visit time from time and we love using the amenities. The pool is great!
Very nice community I have lived here for over 2 years and I'm still completely satisfied! Very quiet and safe community I can walk around during the night and feel safe neighbors are very friendly and the staff is very nice. Excellent maintenance department!! Only thing is they need to update the gym area.
Verified Renter To be honest I do not think it the best place to live because the workers team in the office are not helpful and they do not want to give you any chance if you have any little mistakes

Renter Beware I enjoyed living here for 1 year until prices were raised more than $200/month for rent. RENTER BEWARE that upon moving-out, you WILL have to pay for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and any "damages" they find even if you have evidence otherwise. I spent time and money to clean my entire apartment, including the carpet, before moving out and I was still charged over $300 for cleaning fees and a broken fridge shelf that I definitely did not break. Renters beware! Princeton Parc apartments are full of rats and raccoons. Management is terrible! They will help you anyway they can to get moved in, and once that lease is signed... you are now a burden and nobody will do anything. Theft is terrible there, so lock your doors! If you make the mistake of moving in after reading this, I’ll pray for you.

Dont move here The management here since the change is awful! Never available to take a call and don’t act like they care at all. The place is going downhill fast even though they continue promising upgrades. The appliances in my apartment are from the 80s and they won’t replace them but increase our rates with no issue. They promise to paint our building, but that never happened. Not worth the hassle. Move else where!
