Priority boarding did an amazing job watching my two dogs over Christmas. One of my dogs was a shelter rescue and has anxiety around new people. Priority has options that allowed my two dogs to stay together and in a suit that was in a low foot traffic area of the boarding facility so she could relax while there. I love this place. I have been taking my doggies Pickles and OD here for over a year, since I moved to Indiana. The facilities are so clean and kept up, the staff is so nice, and they love the doggos. 🐾💕
Wonderful staff took great care of my two girls. My two cats Honeybee and Poppy were stressed being away from home, staff did their best to make them feel at ease. Text updates and report cards made me feel at ease while I was away.
They took such good care of my babies when I went out of town for the holiday. Lots of pictures every day and took special attention for my anxious dog.
After touring the facility we felt comfortable registering 2 of our fur babies. The week they were to be stay, one of them had emergency surgery so we had to make other arrangements for someone to care for her. When then decided to have our other fur baby (old man) of the group to board with the youngest do she wasn’t alone. They took great care of them and sent updates on how the stay was going. Will definitely use them again!
My dog stayed there for the first time last weekend he had had surgery a month prior. He just got his stitches out a few days before I took him to Priority Boarding. They were very understanding they were extremely friendly. They said they would check on him extra and if necessary, put a cone on him I just feel that they’re very heartwarming, loyal people. I would recommend this place to anyone I will continue to use them. Thank you for being such great people.
We left our pups this last weekend for the first time ever.. both of our babies are 8 and we typically try to take them with us or they stay with family - neither of which was an option this time. The communication from the staff while we were away was fantastic. They walked through everything needed during drop off to ensure they were prepared to care for them properly.
