When we contacted her to do our refinancing when the rates were very low, she was upbeat, very positive, and helped us to find and secure the best rate for our new 20 year/ fixed rate loan. She payed attention to the details and was patient with us while we got our information together. She also works hard to meet deadlines. Highly recommend her!
