Jim Craft, the region manager, clearly explained us what it entails switching over the cellular communication system from 3G to 5G. Also, after a detailed and lengthy discussion we decided to return the WiFi cameras purchased prior and opted instead for a SkyBell video door bell. We love it. And the app is very responsive, and now it is installed on the phones of all in the household. We installed cameras. The two service techs could not have been any nicer and professional. Both had been with the company for 20 plus years. In today's times, that is a rarity. The agent who handled our account was present on the day of the install and spent lots of time walking through things with them and us. We couldn't be happier. hats off to a great company

We have had a security system with Priority One for over 25 years. We received notice that that the 3G communicator by Verizon is scheduled for end of life on 12/31/22. We called and scheduled an appointment to update our system. Jim Craft, the Branch Manager came out and reviewed our equipment and told us what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. After a very complete explanation, we signed a Installation Work Order. Priority One was the only security company that I contacted that sent a sales rep to my home to talk about their system prior to producing a quote. This stuck out and was why I selected Priority One. Both the sales rep and installer --- were friendly and professional.

I am very pleased with Priority One. Harry Johnson was very professional when he visited to explain the upgrade. I think James Sharp did the actual installation and was very knowledgeable and professional. I was originally with Blue Ridge and they provided excellent service and I have been just as pleased with Priority One. When my alarm has been activated, accidentally, the monitoring service calls immediately to check. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service.
