RecommendedAfter 21 years, we had a new Kitchen stove installed. It’s a Samsung NX60A6511SW from Prisco Appliances. Great price, fast efficient delivery and installation. They arrived at 7:00am. By 7:45am they were gone, along with the old stove and all the packing debris. The quality of Prisco’s products and service is truly extraordinary. I bought a whirlpool gas dryer about six weeks ago at Prisco on Tarrytown Road. About 10 days ago the dryer stopped drying the clothes. There was no heat inside the drum. I contacted Whirlpool and the first available appointment was in two weeks. They advised me in the meantime to check the air vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. When I checked, the vent was not connected to the back of the dryer. I called prisco to request they send the installer back out to correct their mistake. I have called four times an... read more
Well after 7 mos & numerous phone calls to Prisco & reported to BBB I finally got the part to my refrigerator which was damaged. Long time to wait terrible customer service.
RecommendedLove Prisco Appliance Center. They have the very best prices. My sales representative was a beautiful lady by the name of Allison. She was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all the products in the store. She knows exactly what you need and gets it done with a smile!
