The nurse practitioner who helped me was great. Every time I have to go to urgent care I hope she’s the one I’ll be assigned. She seems to genuinely listen and want to help her patients; I wish every health care experience was like this. Jennifer Nicole Morris, FNP

Great new facility in the Cherrydale area. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My wait was only 10 minutes before getting a test to see what I may have. Results were available on my MyChart account before I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner who was excellent. She discussed the test result and went over all of my options for treatment and what treatments may work or not work due to time lapse between sign of first symptoms and day of office visit.
