Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the pa was amazing would highly recommend office was very clean and organized as well!

Kelly was amazing! She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel validated as a patient. The entire staff was super friendly with quick care!
Staff were very friendly and competent. I was in and out in 45 min. NP was kind, listened to me, and suggested a plan of action to help me recover quickly. The other nurse on the team was warm and funny. Overall a very positive experience!
My son went to the Prisma Health Urgent Care on Tiger Blvd simply to get a strep test. While trying to get through what appeared to be a lengthy check-in process, he had a seizure in the waiting room. An ambulance was called, and EMS took his vitals. He was understandably upset and declined transport in the ambulance. After that, Prisma staff told him they would not see him at all — not even to perform the strep test he originally came in for. The front desk receptionist is very rude. She really doesn’t have people skills or communication skills
