Relatively quick wait time for a health care facility on a Saturday. Kind staff and a very clean environment. Took great care of me.
Very pleasant and very quick
I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:50. I was seen on time and the PA was cordial and attentive. She prescribed amoxicillin and a nasal spray. She said that she would call it into Ingles pharmacy right away. I ran s couple of errands and went over to Ingles to pick up the medication at about 11:00. Ingles informed me that they had not received the request. I returned home and awaited the text. At 4:00 I called Ingles and they still haven’t received the prescription. I have already submitted my comments about the visit to Prisma Health in Seneca, SC on Dec 12, 2025. I practiced nursing for 25 years and I know what excellent patient care is. That’s what I received at Prisma. On Monday, December 15 I received a phone call from Holly. She informed me the culture report showed I needed a different antibiotic. than the one was prescribed. Everyone at this facility was wonderful to me from the front desk check in folks to the CMA who did the initial assessment. Ross Leclair PA was very professional, efficient and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect and I really appreciate the care and kindness of the entire staff. It is so important to have this type of experience when you feel so bad, especially when you are 400 miles from home! Great job!!!!
