I came into the Taylor’s PrismaHealth Urgent Care feeling very sick and embarrassed. The staff is incredible. They were so kind to me, gave me excellent and clear discharge instructions, and really made the best out of my bad situation. I’m thankful to see that humanity, trust, and integrity are such strong values at this clinic and amongst all levels of providers here.

Demonique was, as her new name suggests, devilishly smart and sassy and helped make the visit far less stressful than a normal doctor visit because she had a great sense of humor which I am happy to say was widespread within the facility, including her two fellow nurses , and the PA herself, Marisa Rose Doll. This was my third visit here in two years, and I have to say that each one was almost joyful considering.!!
The visit was phenomenal quick and simple. The customer service was everything and more from the nurse to the doctor. Will definitely visit again in the future if need be.
