Staff and Lani Garland, PA were great! Friendly and listened to my concerns.
Very professional staff
Easy to make appointment on mobile phone, was seen quick, pleasant receptionist and doctor. Doctor was knowledgeable of my medical history.
The wait was very long. I know they were short staffed but no one ever came back to check on me or let me know how much longer it would be.

The fact that I was unable to see a physician really upset me. Especially when they positions assistant wasn’t real sure what I had and just prescribed me an antibiotic he did not look into it further when there was tenderness in the area and a pain level of 6 1/2 to 7. When a physician assistant is unsure of what’s going on, a doctor should step in and I did not see a doctor at any time during my visit I paid to see a doctor.

Told to go by OBGYN and then told once back I couldn’t have anything done other than urine sample

Extremely poorly organized. Wait room time ok, and that is where it stops. Nurse that took me wasn’t listening and wrote the exact opposite os my symptoms- from there 30 minute wait, next person had to figure out the mix up, they offered diagnostics that had nothing to do with symptoms. The two didn’t communicate so the next diagnostic didn’t happen, another 30 minutes wasted. At one point it was an hour wait for the next step which felt like they were lying.
