It was great! My service provider was very nice and knowledgeable. Much easier than having to go in to urgent care or a doctor's appointment. I made an appointment and got seen hours later.
Very kind, listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly.
Best experience ever!! When we had difficulty connecting and opening up the virtual visit someone called and walked us through the process. Although I was not able to see the doctor she was able to see me. Very thorough, and easy to understand.

Was truly a great encounter. Provider was kind and listened well, worked with me on diagnosis. Instructions given if antibiotics do not help. Appointment was not even 10 minutes. More efficient than waiting in an urgent care. It's very nice to have this service available.
