The virtual visit was right on time and she took the time to listen to me and get me what I needed. I would definitely recommend their virtual visit when you’re sick.

After my regular doctor blew me off I decided to give prisma telemedicine a try. They helped me log in and get connected, listened to what my problem was, talked about it for a min and then she told me what she thought was wrong and why. Exactly what I needed.
The process was very easy and I quickly got a diagnosis with a prescription to treat it.
Good job wasn't easy to set up appointment tho
My problem was addressed appropriately and a plan was made and well explained to me.
Virtual visit was so convenient. Diagnosis was quick. Rx was at the pharmacy in less than 30 minutes.
