This service is the best! I have an autistic daughter who has a hard time with waiting and going to new places and this work perfect! Excellent doctors and great care and advice! Would highly recommend!!

Once signed in and waiting for the doc I wasn’t 100% comfortable that everything was set up correctly. I had a 10 min wait- which isn’t a big deal- but I wasn’t sure that I had done everything correctly. A simple statement that the wait could be xx minutes on the screen would have relieved that stress. 😊 maybe it’s just my lack of confidence in the technology-

Chastity was very kind and patient. The virtual appt is super helpful but it was not working on my phone and I couldn’t find a contingent way to contact the provider. It would be great to have a second option or the provider will call if the virtual attendance doesn’t work out. I was lucky to get to my laptop in time.
