For the symptoms I'm having, being able to have a virtual visit was great. I didn't have to drive to and from urgent care, wait in a waiting room, wait in an exam room, etc. My visit started on time, and my clinician was efficient, professional and friendly.

I got a virtual visit within an hour of calling. The nurse listened to me and offered solid advice for getting me better. She called in the prescriptions and I was on my way to getting well. A great way to avoid getting out of the house when you are sick and it's snowing.
