The virtual Doctor was great! Her diagnosis was spot on. The process of getting seen virtually was smooth. The physical testing at the clinic: The Doctor who took the swab was not the friendliest and seemed to be annoyed or bothered. I requested an absence excuse/doctors note and she seemed annoyed that I requested (bc I have an issue with the child proxy loging on through Mychart) The Virtual doctor suggested I ask the clinic.
