Very easy and convenient
Very thorough and listened to my issues, ran through all the things possibly causing my problems and we worked together to get the best solution. I hate being talked to, this was not the case. Felt very good with the communication.
Timing was great. Did not expect that full service was not offered, I.e. blood labs, etc. Pretty much a wasted visit for my situation.
This was my first time scheduling a virtual visit and I was impressed by how easy it was to schedule a visit.
