The PA was on time for the visit, I was able to see and hear her clearly, and she was able to clearly see the wasp sting site that I was calling about. She gave me an explanation, a plan, and is calling in a prescription.
Provider was to the point, knowledgeable and courteous. Process of making the appointment was simple.
