We were in contract, and another lender was handling the loan, a few days before the COE , the lender communicated that they could not finance our client (after being pre-qualified). TJ took over the loan, and made it happen within a few days recovering opportunity for all involved in the sale, specially the Buyer and Seller. Great Job TJ !
