Shanon Tavera was excellent as our underwriter, we were CTC’d in 9 days and saved a deal that a retail lender was charging $10k more to do the deal. Veenita Casner was amazing as always and the closing team got docs and funds out so everything closed in 10 days! This was a new construction with escrow holdbacks involved and PRMG made me as the broker look amazing to the builder.
