Every thing is good. Underwriting, Joe and my account manager is awesome. The closing team does a fantastic job on closing and gets the packages out when we need them; however, the communication needs improvements. We all know how the loan process is and sometimes a little crazy, but that's doesn't negate the closing team's professionalism and courtesy warranted to PRMG's broker partners.
