I’ve worked with another PRMG loan officer on multiple deals, and nothing but problems. Because of him, I’ve tried to avoid PRMG whenever possible. However, after working with Dane, I realize the issues were solely due to one loan officer and not all PRMG. I was truly stunned to see how quick and painless this transaction was. Dane was on top of everything, communicated/ responsive, and never once mislead anyone or blamed others for his errors/omissions. He has built back some faith in PRMG’s customer service.
