The OK rating is for the experience overall. I believe with Covid, and the attorneys communication among certain parties was subpart and made transaction and timing difficult. It even negatively effected the negotiation phase of the home buying process so I wasn't able to negotiate properly. The experience with PRMG was amazing though and hands down one of the better parties to work with.
