Simply the best , within the first week of the contract the appraisal was done, within two weeks the loan was approved and within three weeks he got the clear to close.... WOW ! And he got the clear close beetween christmas and new year....i was amazed! He send emails every steps of the way to buyer, seller , agents , closing agents, we all knew where the loan process was and what was the next step ....
