Going into this process we had extremely specific goals and not enough information. We bombarded Josh with questions daily and he stepped up and would always have an answer. Josh worked weekends nights and days he was on vacation to get us locked into the best rate. When we had technical difficulties he invited us into his own home to make sure everything happened in the timeframe we needed it to. True professional, great communicator, and excellent customer service. Can’t recommend Josh enough.
