From start to finish Terry and his team did an excellent job communicating with Tammy and I. The coordination between the appraisal and survey was prompt and convenient again great communication. That’s not even the best part!! Hands down Shayna is THE MOST professional, competent and insightful loan officer I’ve ever worked with. She was very patient with me as I was navigating through a complicated divorce in which I had to buy out my now ex husband to remain in our home.
