I was in one of those weird situations where I am mostly commission. I changed jobs but have been in the same industry for years. Every mortgage broker I talked to was pretty rude and said sorry can't help, you need two years at your job. I was THANKFULLY referred to Michael. I was hesitant to call him because I thought I was going to hear the same thing. Nope, Michael didn't bat an eye. He said I can do this, I just need to explain your situation to the underwriters.
