The mortgage loan process is generally complicated and currently in the time of coronavirus it is even more complicated. They are so many extra verifications taking place and extra documents that are needed for employment verification and for the loan process due to the virus but Mr. Nathan really made it easier and smoother by guiding us through the process and constantly informing us of the documents needed at every stage and what we need to do for the loan process.
