When we started the loan, Jeremy introduced himself to me. Moving into the process he continued to keep me posted on things throughout the process. We had a problem with appraisal although it wasn't his fault he took responsibility and moved very quickly to get things resolved all the way to closing. I had the listing side but he displayed impeccable leadership skills. I would recommend him again.
