Ram was so great! My refinance could have been really stressful but he was very patient, knowledgeable, and not at all judgemental. He kept me on track and was really sympathetic as other life events occurred during the process—my mother had a heart attack, my house went into tax sale (a mistake, as it turned out). Through it all, Ram was great: supportive and calming—he knew when to back off and when to nudge me to keep the process moving along. I can’t say enough good things about Ram!
