Mona not only works hard on making sure the process of buying a new home goes smoothly but she truly cares that you get the best deal! She cares about her clients and will work above and beyond what she needs to do. We had a hiccup with being charged twice for our appraisal; instead of just having the people on her team (who are equally as amazing) deal with it; she was on top of everything that was happening and making sure it was resolved immediately. Overall Mona is the best of the best!!

Deal was easier than renting, clearer than water, faster than conventional banks, constant updates on status, and the most surprising part, human.
