Chris is the key for me to chose to send my file to PRMG. Chris always responded to my emails and my calls and that's important for an on-going file and also for incoming file. Chris has helped me structure the file so that it would make sense and made the process smoother for the underwriter. Right now, the only hesitant that I'm having is your turn time.
