I had real disappointment at the end of the process, first with the insurance issue, and then the delay in closing, days after the committed closing date. My movers (I was coming from out of state) delivered my furniture to an alternate location because they were on time but the close didn't happen on time. This cost me an additional $500. It left a bad taste in my mouth

Wayne Carter was great! The overall experience of buying this home was not great. Seller had a lot of issues with title getting cleared for approval. I would recommend anyone I know to contact Wayne Carter when purchasing or refinancing a home.
