Unaware of what my credit was like and how much I could afford after recently being divorced, I sat down with Jeremy and he helped show me the steps of buying a home. As well, Jeremy kept in mind of making sure I was not going to be overpurchasing too. Jeremy also kept in mind of ways that would be best for me to keep my monthly payments that would be optimal.
